Description

The Festo DHEF-20-A is an adaptive shape gripper designed for gripping parts with undefined positions and shapes. The form-fitting gripping takes place with a suction cup effect, allowing it to gently grip delicate products of varying sizes. Position sensing is possible with position transmitter and proximity sensors. The DHEF-20-A is suitable for applications such as human-robot collaboration, unpacking of boxes, separation/positioning of parts, and picking parts/magazining. The gripper is capable of handling objects with a diameter between 12 to 38mm.
