The Festo DSNU-S Series Round Cylinder is a durable, lightweight variant of the DNSU cylinder that is ideal for use in tight spaces or applications where the cylinder needs to be carried as a moving mass. This compact double-acting pneumatic cylinder can be mounted with only one central thread on the side of the piston rod and features key flats, fixed or self-adjusting cushioning functions, and a magnetic piston for position sensing. The self-adjusting pneumatic cushioning option is designed to save time during commissioning and adapt optimally to load and speed changes. The DSNU-S series is available with piston diameters ranging from 8 to 25mm and 10 to 200mm stroke. Extended or shortened piston and thread options are available upon request.
