Description
The Festo ELGA Series Toothed Belt Axis has an internal, precision recirculating ball bearing guide with high load capacity for high torque loads. It features a stainless steel cover strip with a magnetic seal that provides basic protection for the guide and spindle. This makes the ELGA series durable and makes it possible to reduce particulate emissions for use in clean environments. They are available in four sizes, with up to 8,500mm stroke, and with one of three tooth belt materials. Customizable variants of the ELGA series are available to meet the specialized needs of an application, including additional slides, protection against particles, food-grade materials, and the addition of a displacement encoder.
