The Festo EMMT Series Servo Motor is an AC synchronous unit with extremely low cogging torque, designed for positioning tasks in dynamic applications. This brushless motor is permanently magnetized and features a digital absolute linear potentiometer. The extremely low cogging torque of the EMMT series supports high synchronization even at low rotational speeds. It has a rotating plug and features simple connection technology that combines the motor and connecting cable for the supply and encoder into a single cable. There are five sizes available with up to four overall lengths and the option to include a sealing ring, brake, and plug or output shaft variants.
