The Festo ESS Series Suction Cup Complete are durable, wear-resistant vacuum cups with a range of sizes, materials, and mounting options to meet various application requirements. Available materials include FPM, nitrile rubber, silicone, and polyurethane. Each material offers a temperature range between -22 and 392°F and 50 or 60 shore hardness, depending on their specific properties. An anti-static variant of nitrile rubber is also available with some configurations.

The ESS is suitable for materials with an oily surface thanks to its insensitivity to deep-drawing oils and high suction power. Its material offerings allow the ESS series to be extremely resilient and durable. A polyurethane suction cup is particularly durable and offers high tear propagation resistance and wear resistance against abrasion.
