The Festo FRC Series Service Combination Unit combines a filter regulating valve, branching module, air line lubricator, shut-off valve, and soft-start valve into a single unit. Three sizes are configurable with 40 to 66mm grid dimensions and a choice of one of five G-threaded pneumatic connection sizes. Each FRC series combination unit includes filter regulation and lubrication functions with the option of adding a branching module, branching module with pressure switch, manually operated or electrically actuated on/off valve, and pneumatically actuated soft-start valve.

The service unit's combination options allow it to meet the needs of unique applications.

  • The FRC-KA offers two connections for unlubricated compressed air and one for lubricated compressed air.
  • The FRC-KB provides electrical pressure monitoring with adjustable switching pressure. It has one connection for lubricated compressed air and one for unlubricated compressed air.
  • The FRC-KC provides electrical pressure monitoring with adjustable switching pressure, and the system is exhausted when the unit is switched off. It has one connection for lubricated compressed air and one for unlubricated compressed air.
  • The FRC-KE allows pressure to build up gradually when the unit is switched on, preventing sudden or unpredictable movements. When the unit is switched off, quick exhausting ensures rapid pressure reduction.
  • The FRC-KF has two branching connections with a pressure switch that allows supply pressure to be opened and closed. When the unit is switched on, it allows pressure to build up gradually, preventing sudden or unpredictable movements.
