The Festo HGL Series Piloted Check Valve is designed for pneumatic applications and offers a piloted non-return function with manual override options.

The HGL valve can be mounted via a male thread and is pneumatically piloted. It's available with various pneumatic connections, including push-in connectors and female threads, ranging from M5 to G1/2 sizes. The pilot air port can be M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, or QS-4, depending on the model.

Operating conditions for the valve include a pressure range of 0.5 to 10 bar, with pilot pressures between 1 to 10 bar or 2 to 10 bar, depending on the specific model. The valve is designed for use with compressed air conforming to ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4] standards.
