The Festo HPV Series Feed Separator come in sizes 10, 14, and 22, with stroke lengths ranging from 20 to 60 mm. They are double-acting, double-piston pneumatic devices operating on compressed air. The separators feature a non-rotating piston rod with square protection against rotation. 

Materials used include high-alloy steel for the plunger and piston rod, wrought aluminum alloy for the housing, and case-hardened steel for the locking mechanism. The product is RoHS-compliant and copper/PTFE-free.
