The Festo LDM1 Series Membrane Air Dryer is engineered to provide optimal final drying with excellent operational reliability, suitable for use as individual devices or for integration into existing service unit combinations. 

These membrane air dryers offer flow rate-dependent dew point reduction, with a pressure dew point reduction of 20 K for the 300 and 600 l/min models, and 17 K for the 1000 l/min model. They feature a wear-free function that requires no external energy, maintaining the composition of the compressed air almost unchanged during the drying process.

The LDM1 Series is available in three standard flow rate options: 300, 600, and 1000 l/min. They operate within a temperature range of +2 to +50°C and can handle operating pressures between 3 and 12.5 bar. The dryers use 15% purge air flow rate for the 300 and 600 l/min models, and 20% for the 1000 l/min model.
