Description

The Festo MLO TLF Series Displacement Encoder is designed for measuring linear displacement in various applications. It offers a range of stroke lengths from 225 mm to 2000 mm, with 12 different options available. The encoders feature an open profile design with a cover strip and moving slide. They offer a high displacement resolution of 0.01 mm and can handle travel speeds up to 10 m/s with accelerations up to 200 m/s².

These encoders operate on a nominal voltage of DC 10 V, with a maximum operating voltage of DC 42 V. They have a low current consumption of 4 mA and offer connection resistances of 5 kOhm or 10-20 kOhm depending on the stroke length. The non-dependent linearity ranges from 0.07% to 0.02%, improving with longer stroke lengths.
