The Festo MPPES Series Proportional-Pressure Regulator offers 3-way valve functionality with a normally closed configuration, available in three port sizes: G1/8, G1/4, and G1/2. The MPPES regulators can handle flow rates ranging from 230 l/min to 8500 l/min, depending on the specific model and port size.

One key feature of the MPPES series is its design flexibility, offering both directly actuated and pilot-actuated piston regulator configurations. The G1/8 models use a directly actuated design, while the G1/4 and G1/2 models employ a pilot-actuated system. This allows for optimal performance across different flow rate requirements.

The MPPES regulators provide pressure regulation ranges from 0-2 bar up to 0-10 bar, making them suitable for a wide variety of applications. They operate on a 24V DC power supply and can accept setpoint inputs as either 0-10V analog voltage signals or 4-20mA current signals. The actual pressure output is also provided as a feedback signal in the same range, facilitating closed-loop control systems.
