The Festo MS-LFR series is a line of stabile control response filter regulators. They are available in width sizes 25mm, 40mm, or 62mm. The 25mm option contains a direct operated diaphragm whereas the 40mm and 62mm options feature a directly controlled piston regulator. The MS-LFR are compatible with the MS series for the combination of basic functionality and high-end function requirements. The units are integrated with secondary venting and primary venting with return flow function and can be ordered with or without a pressure gauge.
