The MS6-LRP is a series of precision pressure regulators that are suitable for use with sensitive applications requiring a pressure hysteresis of 0.02 bar. The regulators feature a high flow rate performance with minimal pressure drop, as well as high secondary exhausting for ultra-fast reaction times. There is an actuator lock to protect the set values from being adjusted. The MS6-LRP contains four pressure regulation range options, optional pressure sensor, or an optional variant for explosive areas. Additionally, the regulator series is available for use as an individual device or for a manifold assembly.
