The Festo VYKB Series Media Separated Solenoid Valve controls very small volumes of fluid with high precision in dispensing and flow control applications. It is also suitable for aggressive media, thanks to a separating membrane made from high-performance polymers. The valve provides high repetition accuracy, switching frequency and precision, therefore also suitable for extremely small volumes and dosing tasks. Holding current reduction results in low power consumption.

The valve is primarily designed to control gaseous and liquid media in laboratories. In a de-energized state, the valve automatically returns to its normal position. Normally closed (2/2-way solenoid valve and 3/2-way solenoid valve) and normally open (3/2-way solenoid valve only) variants are available.
