The Festo VZDB Series Media Separated Pneumatic Valve is used to control gaseous and liquid media in laboratories. The VZDB valve is pilot-actuated, and normally closed (2/2-way solenoid valve and 3/2-way solenoid valve) and normally open (3/2-way solenoid valve only) variants are available. Media separation helps make the valve very easy to clean. The valve uses low media consumption thanks to its small internal volume, and its high-quality materials make it suitable for aggressive media. It has high repetition accuracy, switching frequency and precision, and is thus also suitable for extremely small volumes and dosing tasks. The individual sub-base for wall mounting is designed for integration into a system or machine. It can be mounted vertically (ports underneath or to the side) or horizontally (ports underneath only).
