Description
The Moxa EDS-308 Series 8-Port Unmanaged Ethernet Switch is an industrial-grade Ethernet switch that supports IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3u/x with full/half-duplex mode and MDI/MDI-X autosensing. The Ethernet interface features eight 10/100BaseT(X) ports with RJ45 connectors, or six 10/100BaseT(X) ports (RJ45) and two 100BaseFX multi-mode ports with SC or ST connectors. A single relay output channel is also inbuilt as part of the power failure and port break alarm system. These switches have been designed for harsh industrial environments, including locations defined by Class I Div. 2, ATEX Zone 2 standards.
The EDS-308 Series comes with a standard operating temperature range of -10 to 60°C, and complies with FCC, UL, and CE standards. A 100% burn-in test is utilized with all models to ensure reliable performance in industrial automation control applications. The EDS-308 is built for mounting on DIN-rails or in distribution boxes.
