Description
The EDS-405A 5-Port Managed Ethernet Switch is designed with industrial-level applications in mind. The Ethernet interface includes five 10/100BaseT(X) ports with RJ45 connectors, and each unit is built out with useful management functions such as Turbo Ring (network redundancy), Turbo Chain, ring coupling, IGMP snooping, IEEE 802.1Q VLAN, port-based VLAN, QoS, RMON, bandwidth management, port mirroring, and warning by email or relay. The Turbo Ring is easily setup via the web-based interface or via the DIP switches located on the top panel of each unit. The metal housing has an IP30 rating, -10 to 60°C operating temperature range, and includes ATEX, Railway, NEMA TS2, and DNV maritime certifications.
