Description
The EDS-505A 5-Port Managed Ethernet Switch is designed for industrial-level applications, with five 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet ports with RJ45 connectors, 2 alarm relay output and 2 digital input channels. Integrated network redundancy technology such as Turbo Ring, Turbo Chain, and STP/MSTP/RSTP ensure a recovery time of less than 20ms. Each unit is built out with additional useful management functions such as IGMP snooping, IEEE 802.1Q VLAN, port-based VLAN, QoS, RMON, bandwidth management, port mirroring, and warning by email or relay. The metal housing has an IP30 rating, up to -10 to 60°C operating temperature ranges, and includes ATEX, Railway, NEMA TS2, and DNV maritime certifications.
