The SmartSights WIN-911 Subscription License is an alarm notification system that includes 1- to 2-way communication with all standard notification technology: SMS, email, voice and up to 25 different smartphone applications. Each subscription comes standard with 1x SCADA Direct Connect/OPC A&E Server connection and 1x OPC DA Server connection. This software system includes features such as: announcer, remote acknowledgments, alarm requests, report requests, basic escalation workflow / call out list, advanced escalation workflow, and XLReporter integration.

The WIN-911 Subscription License is for a 3 year term, and includes a 1 year Basic Customer Care Plan with new product upgrades.
