The SICK W280-2 Series Photoelectric Sensor design is notable for its DC or AC/DC compatible configurations in durable, IP66/67 rated plastic housing. The AC/DC variants are EN-61000-6-3 compliant, making them suitable to withstand electromagnetic interference in residential commercial and well as light industrial application environments. Available in proximity, retroreflective and through-beam sensor configurations, select models include a rotatable male connector, increasing overall versatility when integrating with various application systems. A mounting bracket is standard-issued with each sensor to further streamline the installation process. The W280-2 Series features potentiometer adjustment of sensitivity and sensing distance, with an easily read BrightLight LED positioning indicator.
