Description
The SICK IMS Series Inductive Proximity Sensor product family come standard with E1 type approval from the German Federal Motor Transport Authority, making these compatible with mobile machine applications. The IMS Series also offers load dump protection, 100V/m electromagnetic compatibility, and a 7.2 to 60V DC voltage range. Connecting cables are designed with oil-resistant materials, ensuring secure hold for mobile male connectors. The IMS Series are designed to withstand varying, harsh environmental conditions, with an ambient temperature range from –40 to 100°C. Depending on variant, special features also include resistance to coolant lubricants or cleaning agents.
