Description
The SICK IME Series Inductive Proximity Sensor offers versatile sizing with M8, M12, M18 and M30 standardized configurations, with a sensing distance of up to 38mm. Triple and quadruple-sensing ranges are available with select ranges. The IME also incorporates the high technology of SICK's patented ASIC circuit chip. This circuit permits extremely precise switching points and repeatability of results. IME sensors are encapsulated with hotmelt molding, which increases shock and vibration resistance significantly. Housing materials include nickel-plated brass, or V2A stainless steel. All units are rated for -25 to 75°C temperature ranges, ensuring sensors are well protected from extreme environments.
