The SICK MPS-C Series Cylinder Sensor is designed to continuously detect the piston position of pneumatic actuators. The sensor attaches to the cylinder externally, for quick and easy mounting via C-slots with no accessories required, at any time. Parameters are easily reconfigured via the IO-Link or teach-in pad. Advanced diagnostics are available thanks to this smart sensor design.

The MPS-C Series has a sensing range of 25 to 200mm depending on configuration, and can set multiple switching points in very small spaces. Analog outputs are also integrated for current or voltage. The non-contact measurement principle ensures consistent, reliable results, with a durable enclosure to maximize service life.
