The SICK MPA Series Cylinder Sensor provides continuous position detection of pneumatic actuators using direct, non-contact measurement. The MPA Series is designed for accurate readings on large piston diameters and long strokes. Parameters can be adjusted at the time of installation as well as later on during operation, Adjustment happens via a teach pad, or IO-link (dependent on configuration). Data is supplied via analog outputs or via Bluetooth connection, making this sensor ideal for application solutions involving quality monitoring and/or process control.
