The SICK MZT8 Series Cylinder Sensor provides an adaptable solution for piston position detection in pneumatic actuators. The sensor is easily installed into T-slot cylinders, with a simple screw-and-washer assembly process. With the aid of an adapter, this series is also compatible with round/tie-rod, and profile cylinders, as well as cylinders with a dovetail groove. GMR technology and SICK's ASIC circuit ensures reliable delivery of precise switching data. Additional features of the MZT8 Series include 20ms pulse stretching (off delay), as well as interference resistance to magnetic and welding fields. The MZT8 Series comes in a durable enclosure with up to a IP69K rating, and a temperature resistance of up to 100°C.
