The SICK MZT7 Series Cylinder Sensor provides an adaptable solution for piston position detection in pneumatic drives. The sensor is easily installed into T-slot cylinders. Retaining ribs on the side of the sensor hold the unit in place within the slot until the fixing screw can be secured. With the aid of an adapter, this series is also compatible with round/tie-rod, and profile cylinders, as well as cylinders with a dovetail groove. The MZT7 Series features two sensors heads on one connector, greatly increasing its versatility and reducing required cabling. SICK's patented GMR technology ensures reliable, one-attempt detection of precise switching data. Each sensor includes an LED output indicator, and comes enclosed in durable housing with an up to IP67 rating.
