The SICK MZC2 Series Cylinder Sensor is a compactly designed piston position detection system that is able to sit fully recessed in the C-slots of miniature pneumatic actuators and pneumatic grippers. The housing configuration comes in two varieties to suit installation on most popular brand cylinders and grippers, including Festo, Zimmer, SMC and Bimba. The short switching point allows for precise detection data for small piston strokes. This increases process efficiency due to higher PSDI times. Each unit comes with an LED indicator for output status, with a durable, IP67 rated enclosure.
