Description
The SICK CSM Series Color Sensor is an IO-Link configurable system that provides accurate color detection in miniature housing, for applications with extremely limited installation space. This series is easily adjustable with 1-point static or multi-point, dynamic teach-in methods via pushbuttons or remotely through the IO-Link enabled models. Remote configuration thanks to the smart sensor design also allows for further diagnostic and visualization options. The improved optics system provides a larger sensing distance despite the small size, with up to 12.5 to 15mm distances, and uniform RGB detection. The CSM operates via light/dark switching, with 1 or 8 color outputs (with IO-Link).
