Description

The SICK Dx50 Series Laser Distance Sensor is built around a class 1 or 2 laser, utilizing visible red light, with a sensing range of up to 50m. This design incorporates HDDM technology for highly reliable and accurate detection capabilities, with scanning or reflector configurations. This advanced technology is housed in a durable zinc die-cast enclosure that can weather the elements in outdoor environments. This versatile family of sensors is configurable with a switching, analog or serial interface. Ambient operating temperatures range from –30 to 65°C, with extended ranges available with cooling plates and protection filter (contact a Motion World engineer for details).
