The SICK WSU/WEU26-3 Series Safety Scanner is a photoelectric safety switch with a rugged enclosure and heated screen for access protection in hazardous areas, machines, or systems. Sender and receiver variants are available with a 20m or 70m scanning range and either PG gland or male M12 connector. The scanner is designed to mount firmly in place, within a safe distance from the nearest hazardous point, and send a deactivation signal when the light beam is interrupted. The WSU/WEU26-3 series has high system throughput and can withstand ambient conditions such as heat, cold, and moisture.
