The SICK i110RP Series Rope Pull Safety Switch provides maximum operational safety whilst implementing system stoppage of exposed machinery and movements, such as conveyers, with a cord length of up to 30m. In working position, the pull cord is under tension, and the positive opening normally closed contacts, are closed. The contacts are then opened when the rope is pulled, with an emergency stop triggered if the rope breaks. Durable IP-66 metal housing encloses the switch itself, with an integrated unlocking lever and tension display, with easy tension adjustment. Activation is possible at any point along the pull cord. Certain variants available with Flexi Loop-compatible connection for integration of diagnostics with minimal wiring effort.
