The SICK i150RP Series Rope Pull Safety Switch provides maximum operational safety whilst implementing system stoppage of exposed machinery and movements, such as conveyers, with a cord length of up to 75m. In working position, the pull cord is under tension, and the positive opening normally closed contacts, are closed. The contacts are then opened when the rope is pulled, with an emergency stop triggered if the rope breaks. Durable IP-65 metal housing encloses the switch itself, with an integrated unlocking lever, with easy tension adjustment. Each switch includes an emergency stop pushbutton, for activation along all points of the pull cord, including its end. Certain variants available with Flexi Loop-compatible connection for integration of diagnostics with minimal wiring effort.
