The SICK CLV62x Series Barcode Scanner is a powerful fixed-mount device that provides real-time code identification in harsh environments. This scanner has variants with code resolutions between 0.15 to 1mm and reading distances ranging from 25 to 730mm. The CLV62x is available as a standard variant, or with an integrated Ethernet interface, including Ethernet/IP and PROFINET protocols. This high-performance scanner can also perform additional functions such as remote diagnostics, enabled by the integrated web server, and integrated evaluation of read statistics.

The CLV62x series features SMART620 code reconstruction technology. This reading algorithm enhances the scanner's accuracy when identifying barcodes that have been dirtied, damaged, or partially obscured.

The CLV62x has variants engineered to withstand cleaning processes at high temperatures, with high-pressure jets or aggressive cleaning products that are commonly used in the food industry. The IP69K device variants have Inox stainless-steel housing, an integrated plastic viewing window, and Ecolab-certified cables that easily withstand these conditions.
