SICK CLV65x Series Barcode Scanners - 1D / 2D

The SICK CLV65x Series Barcode Scanner is a high-performance device with autofocus and an extremely high depth of field that can identify barcodes with module widths between 0.25 and 1.0mm. It has a scanning frequency of 600 to 1000Hz and is available with a line scanner or oscillating mirror sensor. This scanner features a glass window, IP65 enclosure rating, and compatibility with common communication interfaces including PROFINET, EtherCAT, Serial, CAN, CANopen, PROFIBUS DP, and variants with Ethernet interfacing capabilities.

The CLV65x series features SMART technology. The SMART code reconstruction system is a reading algorithm that allows the reading of damaged or partially obscured barcodes. It also features shock-absorbant qualities with a specially designed bracket, allowing it to be used in applications with high vibrations.

Select variants of the CLV65x series can also withstand temperature fluctuations in cold storage applications. Models with this feature are equipped with surface-mounted heating, which allows them to function reliably in deep-freeze environments down to - 35°C.
