The Festo DSBC Series ISO Cylinder is a customizable unit with contactless position sensing and end-position cushioning that offers increased adaptability to load and speed changes. The modular product system of the DSBC series cylinder allows the unit to be configured to individual application needs, giving it excellent flexibility. It is available with 32 to 125mm piston diameters and up to 2,800mm stroke with three cushioning type options. Versions designed specifically for lithium-ion battery manufacturing and II 2GD ATEX zones are also available.

Cushioning types include elastic or pneumatic cushioning. Pneumatic cushioning is adjustable with the variant option of the PPS self-adjusting cushioning it can easily adapt to changes in load and speed. Other variants include protection against particles and corrosion, end-position locking, scraper variants, temperature resistance, and more.
