The SICK CLV69x Series Barcode Scanner is a fixed-focus barcode scanner with high-speed processing and excellent reading accuracy. This scanner has an autofocus function with built-in distance measurement technology, which provides height-independent code reading within the reading field. It features 400 to 1,200Hz scanning frequency and is available with 0.17 to 1.2mm code resolution and up to 2,200mm maximum reading distance. The CLV69x series includes the user-friendly SOPAS ET operating system and offers CAN, Ethernet, and serial communication capabilities.

The CLV69x series includes integrated SMART+ code reconstruction technology. This technology allows the scanner to read damaged or partially obscured barcodes and those with a high tilt angle. This scanner also provides an image output that displays the recorded image data and the focus progression of successful read processes in software.

Select variants of the CLV69x can also withstand temperature fluctuations in cold storage applications. Models with this feature are equipped with surface-mounted heating, which allows them to function reliably in deep-freeze environments down to - 35°C.
